Event One!

"Gifts for All!"

KoreanBlog gives away KRW5,000 cultural gift certificates to the first 60 persons who open a blog at KoreanBlog, register an image at their individual blogs and write at least one post! (for new members as of October 1, 2004)

KoreanBlog will select outstanding members based on the combined points of popularity and activity index during the event period and give the following gifts to them:

First Prize (1person): KRW100,000 gift certificate

Second Prize(5persons): KRW30,000 gift certificate

* Popularity: 1 point for each visit and 5 points for being listed on the Favorites List

* Activity Index: 5 points for writing a post plus 15 points per post in case of participating in the trackback event

"Go, Global KOREA!!"

KoreanBlog gives away a KRW10,000 cultural gift certificate to each of the ten bloggers who have written good posts giving publicity to the Republic of Korea among those who have opened an English blog at KoreanBlog and written a post in English at least once. We hope that many people who love the Republic of Korea and have a good command of English will take part in this event. 

Open an English Blog and Participate in the Event

* Period of the Event: Oct. 1 ~ Oct. 30, 2004

** Residents in the Republic of Korea are required to send their addresses for gift receipt at [Home > Help Desk > Contact Administrator].

The gift is not to be sent by registered mail. If any problem arises due to an inaccurate address, KoreanBlog shall not be liable for such case. 

***  If it turns out that you have opened a Korean blog by using another person's resident registration number, you may be disqualified from the event.
